"ELECTRONIC TEST CONSOLE ASSEMBLY"\r\n\r\nAssembly consists of Fabrication and Electrical components as per drawing package P/N# 202164-C13. \r\n\r\nFollowing Task must be performed by\r\nSupplier (Assembler) \r\n\r\n1) Assembly should be\r\nbuilt as per Drawing Package PN# 202164-C13 provided by Testek. \r\n\r\n2) All components must be purchased by Supplier (Assembler) based on BOM provided by Testek. \r\n\r\n3) If the Supplier feels that the component from the bill of material cannot be procured from the market, those components will be provided by Testek upon request from Supplier. \r\n\r\n4) If the parts which are in the bill of\r\nmaterial and they have become obsolete from the market, alternative parts for the same part will be procured from the supplier. But before use of\r\nalternative parts supplier must ask for\r\npermission to use those alternative parts from Testek and it must be used in the assembly. which will be used only after the approval of Testek. \r\n\r\n5) All listed below items are provided by Testek to Supplier. Testek must receive all the items at Testek Wixom facility. and ship to Supplier once it received all?s. \r\n\r\n6) Scope of Supply by Testek: Item # E301.1, E301.2, E303, E304, E308, E317.1, E318, E328, E348, E540,\r\nE599 and some component like DPC-120-10 for PCB Apart from this item list if any additional items requested from Testek will be bring to Testek notice and those items cost will be adjusted from Assembly Charges. \r\n\r\n7) Prior to shipment Supplier (Assembler) must provide pictures of individual Assembly, QC Test Report\r\nand filled ATP which provided by Testek. \r\n\r\n8) Filled ATP from Supplier (Assembler) must be Approved by Testek prior to shipment of Assembly."
