201997-C6-HSM-ASSEMBLY\n"HYDRAULIC SUPPLY MODULE ASSEMBLY -\nAssembly consists of Fabrication, Hydraulic and\nElectrical components as per drawing package\nP/N# 201997-C0. Following Task must be\nperformed by Supplier (Assembler) 1) Assembly\nshould be built as per Drawing Package PN#\n201997-C0 provided by Testek. 2) All components\nmust be purchased by Supplier (Assembler) based\non BOM provided by Testek. 3) If the Supplier\nfeels that the component from the bill of material\ncannot be procured from the market, those\ncomponents will be provided by Testek upon\nrequest from Supplier. 4) If the parts which are in\nthe bill of material and they have become obsolete\nfrom the market, alternative parts for the same\npart will be procured from the supplier. But before\nuse of alternative parts supplier must ask for\npermission to use those alternative parts from\nTestek and it has to be used in the assembly\nwhich will be used only after the approval of\nTestek. 5) All listed below items are provided by\nTestek to Supplier. Testek must receive all the\nitems at Testek Wixom facility and ship to\nSupplier once it received alls. 6) Scope of Supply\nby Testek: Item # 32, 409,413, 457, 470, E401.1,\nE401.2,E402.1, M7. Apart from this item list if any\nadditional items requested from Testek will be\nbring to Testek notice and those items cost will be\nadjusted from Assembly Charges. 7) Prior to\nshipment Supplier (Assembler) must provide\npictures of individual Assembly, QC Test Report\nand filled ATP which provided by Testek. 8) Filled\nATP from Supplier (Assembler) must be Approved\nby Testek prior to shipment of Assembly."
