201991-C5-DBM-ASSEMBLY\nDRIVE BASE ASSEMBLYAssembly\nconsists of Fabrication, Hydraulic and\nElectrical components as per drawing package\nP/N# 201991-C5.\nFollowing Task must be performed by Supplier\n(Assembler)\n1) Assembly should be built as per Drawing\nPackage PN# 201991-C5 provided by Testek.\n2) All components must be purchased by Supplier\n(Assembler) based on BOM provided by Testek.\n3) If the Supplier feels that the component from\nthe bill of material cannot be procured from the\nmarket,\nthose components will be provided by Testek upon\nrequest from Supplier.\n4) If the parts which are in the bill of material and\nthey have become obsolete from the market,\nalternative parts for the same part will be procured\nfrom the supplier. But before use of alternative\nparts supplier\nhas to ask for permission to use those alternative\nparts from Testek and it has to be used in the\nassembly which\nwill be used only after the approval of Testek.\n5) All listed below items are provided by Testek to\nSupplier. Testek must receive all the items at\nTestek Wixom facility and ship to Supplier once it\nreceived alls.\n6) Scope of Supply by Testek: Item # 609.1, 610,\n611, 616.1,616.2, 617, 658, E266.1, E619.1,\nE612.1, E620.1,\nE621.1, E653.1, M51.1, M51.2, M20.1 - M20.4 .\nApart from this item list if any additional items\nrequested from\nTestek will be bring to Testek notice and those\nitems cost will be adjusted from Assembly\nCharges.\n7) Prior to shipment Supplier (Assembler) must\nprovide pictures of individual Assembly, QC Test\nReport\nand filled ATP which provided by Testek.\n8) Filled ATP from Supplier (Assembler) must be\nApproved by Testek prior to shipment of\nAssembly.
