201991-C6-DBM-ASSEMBLY\n"DRIVE BASE ASSEMBLY- Assembly consists of\nFabrication, Hydraulic and Electrical components\nas per drawing package P/N# 201991-C0.\nFollowing Task must be performed by Supplier\n(Assembler) 1) Assembly should be built as per\nDrawing Package PN# 201991-C0 provided by\nTestek. 2) All components must be purchased by\nSupplier (Assembler) based on BOM provided by\nTestek. 3) If the Supplier feels that the\ncomponent from the bill of material cannot be\nprocured from the market, those components will\nbe provided by Testek upon request from Supplier.\n4) If the parts which are in the bill of material and\nthey have become obsolete from the market,\nalternative parts for the same part will be procured\nfrom the supplier. But before use of alternative\nparts supplier has to ask for permission to use\nthose alternative parts from Testek and it has to be\nused in the assembly which will be used only after\nthe approval of Testek. 5) All listed below items\nare provided by Testek to Supplier. Testek must\nreceive all the items at Testek Wixom facility and\nship to Supplier once it received alls. 6) Scope of\nSupply by Testek: Item # 609.1, 610, 611,\n616.1,616.2, 617, 658, E266.1, E619.1, E612.1,\nE620.1, E621.1, E653.1, M51.1, M51.2, M20.1 -\nM20.4 . Apart from this item list if any additional\nitems requested from Testek will be bring to\nTestek notice and those items cost will be adjusted\nfrom Assembly Charges. 7) Prior to shipment\nSupplier (Assembler) must provide pictures of\nindividual Assembly, QC Test Report and filled\nATP which provided by Testek. 8) Filled ATP from\nSupplier (Assembler) must be Approved by Testek\nprior to shipment of Assembly."
