LOAD BANK ASSEMBLY- Assembly consists of Fabrication and Electrical components as per drawing package P/N# 4265AS5000. Following Task must be performed by Supplier (Assembler) 1) Assembly should be built as per Drawing Package PN# 4265AS5000 provided by Testek. 2) All components must be purchased by Supplier (Assembler) based on BOM provided by Testek. 3) If the Supplier feels that the component from the bill of material cannot be procured from the market, those components will be provided by Testek upon request from Supplier. 4) If the parts which are in the bill of material and they have become obsolete from the market, alternative parts for the same part will be procured from the supplier. But before use of alternative parts supplier must ask for permission to use those alternative parts from Testek and it has to be used in the assembly which will be used only after the approval of Testek. 5) Prior to shipment Supplier (Assembler) must provide pictures of individual Assembly, QC Test Report and filled ATP which provided by Testek. 6) Filled ATP from Supplier (Assembler) must be Approved by Testek prior to shipment of Assembly.
